Crime Alert – Theft of Work Permit

Dear Sir/Mdm,

 Several cases of theft of work permit were reported recently. The culprit(s) would ask the victim to hand over his or her work permit on the pretext of checking the document. After receiving the work permit, the culprit(s) would leave to an unknown location without returning it to the victim.
