Crime Prevention Advisory – Theft from Vehicle [Solved]

Dear Residents,

On 27th Oct 2011, Police have arrested a male Chinese responsible for committing a series of theft from motor vehicles cases that were reported in your neighbourhood. In most of these cases, the vehicles’ windows were shattered and cashcards were stolen.
