Official opening of Jurong Secondary School Indoor Sport Hall

The official opening of Jurong Secondary School Indoor Sport Hall was held on Friday March 25th, 2011 at 5 pm. Students and guests gathered at the newly build Indoor Sport Hall in Jurong Secondary School. Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, our Minister for Finance and MP for Jurong GRC, graced the event as the Guest-of-Honour and inspected the Guard-of-Honour formed by the uniformed groups from Jurong Secondary School. After the parade , Mr Tharman was invited to witness the official opening of the newly build Indoor Sport Hall, starting with a basketball match andfollowing by opening ceremony. There were also exciting cultural and stage performances.
